We had a quite comfortable stay with excellent value for money.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was spotless, recently renovated. The staff were amiable at all times.

Perfect and fairly clean place to stay in, it has pleasant staff at the reception desk. This property is in a marvellous and absolutely perfect location, close enough to the restaurant, London transport system and Manchester and Oldham. Also, it's 3 km from Chadderton Hall Park.

Incredible location next to the canal, in the good area. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Foxdenton Park. Family room with comfy bed, coffee, window open.

The room we booked was recently refurbished and reasonably large with aircon, good facilities, a very comfortable large bed as advertised.

I've stayed here before and will be back. The stay here was brilliant with excellent value for money. I took a twin/double room with comfortable bed, a fully functioning shower, for instance.

Appreciated Oldham, the hotel was well-maintained and fantastic nice to be by the canal. The place had a family atmosphere. We had good sized and newly renovated room with a huge bed. The location offered was fantastic just next door to a nice traditional pub, the football ground and the restaurant which was in the adjoining building. Good service was provided.
